These boluses feature Bicarbonate, Aloe and Garlic, and may assist the cow by providing post-calving support.

This product is part of the treatment for dirty cows in combination with First Step Tincture and Aloe. Boluses can be broken open to add to the irrigation liquid for cows that have closed up too much to insert boluses into the uterus. Be very careful, gentle and slow in inserting the irrigation wand.

This approach can be used for cows with low-level infections several weeks post calving.
